Ingredients
- 1 package of wheat Lavash bread
- 1/4 cup feta cheese or 3 ounces soft fresh goat cheese
- 1/4 small sweet onion sliced
- 2 small Roma tomato sliced
- 2 pickling cucumber sliced
Direction:
Spread the feta cheese or the soft fresh goat cheese evenly over the lavash bread. Layer the cucumber, tomatoes and onion over the cheese. Then roll up into a log. Cut roll diagonally with a serrated knife into 3 pieces. You could secure the pieces with cocktail toothpicks.Keep layer of vegetable and cheese very thin otherwise your lavash sandwich roll-ups will be difficult to roll.Lavash is an Armenian flat bread that is rollable. It is baked in thin, oblong sheets.
